These are by far the best Fish & Chips in Seattle!  The breading has a nice crunchy texture, seasoning is just right, fish is perfectly moist and flaky.

Tartar sauce is not traditional, has a nice flair, with a hint of cheese and spice; if you're not a fan of tartar sauce, you might be after trying The Maple's special blend.
